Meal Assistance For Families In Need
“Dave’s Meals” was started at SABC initially as a way to provide some income for our camp that essentially had to shut down normal operations. This service provides frozen meal packages complete with home delivery. Our recent FCSS partnership has allowed us to begin “Dave’s Meals ON THE HOUSE!” These meal packages are provided for free with a referral for any individual or family that has been negatively impacted by COVID-19. How it works: - Families or individuals are referred to the program by either filling in an online form at www.sabc.ca, or by calling our office at (403) 792-3644. We need to know how large the family is and the reason for why they would need the meals. - Ordering occurs from Thurs-Mon, the meals are prepared during the week and delivered to the school on Thursday for distribution to the family. Please see the attached letter for more information which describes an opportunity for families in need to access supports.

What To Do If Your Child Has Symptoms
If a student has COVID-19 symptoms
When Do I Keep My Child Home
The new public health measures from COVID-19 mean students and staff who are showing any signs of illness, must stay home. To simplify the "Should I keep my child home?" and "How long does my child need to stay home?" process, we've created a visual guide to help you understand how our schools are making decisions around managing student illness.
